I've had so much fun throughout the last year swapping photography sessions with my friend, Autumn, and her family. I am truely honored each time I have the opportunity to photograph them again. I'll admit, I get really nervous before working with other photographers; I just want the session to be perfect for them. This lifestyle session was shot in their beautiful bedroom and I had a lot of fun playing with a variety of lighting situations. It was nice and laid back and we were able to chat through our (Sophie was there for this session, too!) various nursing breaks. Ivy is such a loving big sister to Siah and I can't wait to watch their relationship grow. Congrats, Autumn and Ray!!

Last summer, while I was portfolio building, I took photos on the beach for each of my sister-in-laws and their families. We had a lot of fun playing in the sand, running along the shoreline, splashing in the water, and digging for clams. I was so excited to wrok with this family again. I did Kate's maternity photos in the fall and it was so fun to see them again and to meet their new baby girl! Baby E was welcomed into such a loving family and has a big brother who totally adores her. I recently had the honor of photographing my friend, Autumn, and her growing family of three. Autumn was also due with her second baby this spring, so it was fun to swap photography sessions with each other! Autumn and her family were just glowing and it was fun to capture such genuine smiles and their love for this sweet baby boy (though, it was even more fun to meet him yesterday to take his newborn photos!!). I want to give a special thank you to Gardners Landscape Nursery for letting us use their beautiful greenhouse on such a bitterly cold Februrary morning!

I met up with the F family on a freezing cold day in February. Luckily, we picked an indoor location for D's two year old photos! D had so much fun exploring the exhibits at the Please Touch Museum and taking some pictures along the way. It seems like ages ago that I met up with the B family to take some maternity photos - a lot has changed for both of us since then! We had been having some really cold weather, but we lucked out with a relatively warm, winter morning. I was excited that there was still some snow on the ground! Little N was definitely excited to be a big brother, but he was even more excited to explore the really neat grounds of the Mansion House. He helped us find some really creative spots along the way. I loved capturing this soon-to-be family of four!

Around the holidays last year, I met up with the M family on an chilly afternoon. We braved the Longwood Gardens crowds to get some holiday photos and I'm so happy with how they turned out! Little A was such a good sport and loved checking out all the holiday displays. You can see where he gets his amazing smile from! We had such a fun time!

I met up with the M family on a freezing, cold Sunday morning. Good thing the conservatory at Longwood Gardens was nice and warm! Little H was such an explorer and had fun checking out all the plants and flowers. He loved seeing all of the water and splashing in the Children's Garden at the end!

Last fall, my nephew was born and I enjoyed taking a few pictures of him while we visited for the first time! He was such a calm baby and was very sleepy for most of our visit. Baby B is already so loved and absolutely adored by his big sisters!

I spent a wonderful morning with baby R and her family last fall. She was such a peaceful sleeper and loved being cuddled in mommy's arms. I am always so honored when clients welcome me into their home - especially newborn families! The first few weeks with a new baby are such a crazy, sleepless time. This new family of three was such a joy to work with and I can't wait to watch little R grow up!

I had a great family session with these four last fall! I absolutely love working with toddlers; they love to explore and take everything in. I think that always makes for the best photos. I loved spending the morning with this sweet family and their new baby girl. Their first baby girl wanted to be everywhere we were and even made it into a few of the shots! Baby O was so easy going and dozed off and on throughout the shoot. I love the variety of shots we were able to capture!
