I met up with the T family at Haverford College for a Family Lifestyle Session. It was a beautiful night with perfect weather. I especially loved some of the Mommy and Me shots we captured <3Little B sure was a snuggler with his mom but he loved flying high with his dad!
There is something just so sweet about a newborn session with first time parents. There are so many peaceful moments where the parents are in just total awe of their new baby. It always brings me back to my memories of the first week home with my oldest daughter. There is something so special (and terrifying!) about that first two weeks. And while I do miss the chaos and fun that an older sibling brings to the mix (really, I do love toddler chaos!), I love being able to relax a bit more and shoot much more deliberately. It's hard to believe that it had almost been a year since I had done this little guy's newborn session. We met up at the Haverford Duck Pond for this Simple Session and enjoyed exploring, looking for geese (we found some!), and catching up. We ended up with a beautiful morning after having to reschedule for rain and we couldn't have had picked a better spot.
It was a winter wonderland at the Haverford Duck Pond when we got together to take one year old pictures of the twins (we had no idea we'd have such snowy luck when mom booked the session last October!). As beautiful and sunny as it was, it was so cold that morning!! The kids had lots of cuddles from their parents throughout the session to keep warm.
